First things first—download both the Sunday and Monday Start 20 Five Planner files and save them in a safe place. This way, you’ll always have both options handy. Next, decide which start option works best for you, then import that file into your favorite note-taking app. I’ll be using the Sunday start in GoodNotes 6, but feel free to choose the app that suits you best!

Choose your start day—Sunday or Monday! There is no right or wrong, it's your choice. 

Import your file

Import the Sunday or Monday file into your note-taking app (GoodNotes, Notability, etc.)

Your planner’s vision board page is the perfect spot to map out your goals, and intentions for the year. Add images, quotes, and of course, your word of the year to keep you inspired and focused! Your 20 Five Planner comes with 40 customizable areas, but let’s start with one! Learn how to plan and set up your first custom section to make your planner truly yours. Click the icon to watch and see how easy it is to create a custom area that fits your unique needs.

Step Four

Explore the Extra Templates

Dive into the "Create" section and explore a variety of extra template pages. These templates are perfect for customizing your planner to fit your unique needs. Scatter these templates throughout your planner to build exactly what works for you!

Step Five

Navigate to the "Create" Dashboard
Go to the "Create" dashboard and choose from the available templates—white or dark lined, dotted, grid — to jump to the section you want.

Copy the Page
Select the page you want, tap and hold, and choose the "Copy" option from the menu.

Go to Your Desired Location
Navigate to where you want to add the page, then tap the page icon with a plus (+) sign on the menu bar.

Paste the Page
Tap "Paste Page" to insert the copied page into your planner.

Confirm the Page Placement
Check that the page has been pasted in the correct location.
